Bilawal Bhutto Given Authority to Decide Government Formation in Gilgit-Baltistan

Karachi: An important meeting of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Gilgit-Baltistan Parliamentary Party was held in Gilgit under the supervision of PPP Central Secretary General Senator Nayyar Hussain Bukhari.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the results of the recent Gilgit-Baltistan elections in detail. Members expressed satisfaction over the party’s performance, noting that the PPP had emerged as the single largest political party in the region.

The parliamentary party credited the successful election campaign led by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asifa Bhutto Zardari for the party’s strong showing in the polls.

Various options regarding the formation of the next government in Gilgit-Baltistan were discussed, and members held extensive consultations on the future political strategy.

The parliamentary party unanimously expressed full confidence in Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and authorized him to make all decisions related to the formation of the regional government.

According to party members, any decision taken by the PPP chairman in the interest of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan and the party will be fully supported and accepted by all elected representatives.
