CIA Report Claims Iran Still Retains Majority of Missile Arsenal Despite Heavy Strikes
Washington: A classified assessment by the Central Intelligence Agency has reportedly revealed that Iran continues to maintain a large portion of its missile capabilities despite weeks of intense bombardment.
According to the report, Iran still possesses nearly 75 percent of its mobile missile launchers and around 70 percent of its overall missile stockpile.
The intelligence assessment further states that Iranian authorities have reactivated underground missile facilities, repaired damaged systems, and resumed the production of new missiles.
The report also suggests that Iran could withstand a US naval blockade for at least three to four months before facing severe economic pressure. According to an American newspaper citing the classified findings, the assessment raises questions about recent optimistic statements made by US President Donald Trump regarding a quick end to the conflict
