Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Arrives in Quetta for One-Day Visit

Quetta: Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Quetta on a one-day official visit accompanied by federal ministers and senior government officials.

Upon his arrival at the airport, the prime minister was received by Sheikh Jaffar Mandokhail along with other high-ranking authorities.

During the visit, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is expected to receive a detailed briefing on the overall law and order situation in Balochistan as well as ongoing development projects across the province.

The prime minister will also chair a meeting of the provincial apex committee at the Chief Minister Secretariat. The session is expected to review the current year’s development budget and proposed projects for the upcoming fiscal year.

Officials said several important decisions related to development planning and public welfare initiatives are likely to be discussed during the meeting.

In addition, the prime minister is scheduled to hold meetings with the governor of Balochistan, the chief minister, political leaders, and various delegations during his stay in Quetta.
