Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Leaves for Four-Day Official Visit to China
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has departed for a four-day official visit to China aimed at strengthening bilateral ties and expanding cooperation between the two countries.
During the visit, the prime minister is expected to travel to Beijing where he will hold important meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also participate in a special ceremony marking the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China, highlighting the long-standing strategic partnership between the two nations.
According to officials, the visit will focus on enhancing economic cooperation, investment, regional connectivity, technology collaboration, and further strengthening the all-weather friendship between Islamabad and Beijing.
Senior members of the Pakistani cabinet are also accompanying the prime minister during the visit.
