Pakistan Stock Exchange Opens in Green as KSE-100 Index Gains Over 1,000 Points

KARACHI: Pakistan Stock Exchange began trading in positive territory on the final day of the business week, continuing the bullish momentum seen in recent sessions.

At the start of trading on Friday, strong buying activity pushed the benchmark KSE-100 Index up by more than 1,000 points, taking the market to 169,624 points.

The rally reflected renewed investor confidence as stocks across multiple sectors traded higher during early market activity.

The market had closed the previous trading session at 168,514 points, making Friday’s opening surge another significant gain for the benchmark index.

Analysts said positive economic sentiment and active participation from investors contributed to the upward trend in the market.
